I have discovered some of the most powerful weight loss strategies for really effective weight loss. My definition of effective weight loss is when you lose body fat daily, weekly and monthly. That means losing as much as two pounds of body fat a week, with up to four, six and even eight pounds of fat loss. Most people who are on a weight loss journey, and I would say that a good ninety percent would not know if they lose body fat on a weekly basis. The success of fat loss should be measured on a weekly, monthly and, if necessary, annual basis. This will ensure that you make a consistent and healthy form of progress. I would like to focus on the mentality. Most people can talk about wanting to lose weight, but most can not walk. They can not do it because their minds are not ready and ready to work.
